Job summary Croft Hall Surgery is going through changes that will drive the service and Patient experience as well as delivering new efficient and effective procedures. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic GP to join the Croft Hall Team as a Salaried GP for ideally 6-8 sessions per week but willing to be flexible for the right person. As a partner you would have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the practice and develop Torquay, Devon is an innovative area and our practice is involved with all local initiatives. We are a single urban site, beside the sea, serving 8200 patients and an active part of the Torquay PCN. We have an ever growing multi-disciplinary team which includes experienced ANPs, alongside our PCN staff including Pharmacists, Wellbeing Team and Physician Associates. We focus on the wellbeing of our staff and have strong communication across all teams. We structure our workload to support each other to ensure a good work-life balance.
