You will be working in a unique environment as part of a team in the provision of a secure testing and validation network to support national and international defence and industry. The responsibilities of this role ultimately fall into three key areas: Asset Management, Procurement Management and Licence Management. Following the first 6 months extra Bandwidth/WAN Management responsibilities will become part of the role. To be considered for this role candidates must be SC cleared and eligible for DV clearance in the future as it will become a requirement further down the line. This is hybrid role with around 2 days a week in the office so close proximity to our office location in Salisbury is vital. What you'll be doing: Ensure all assets held on the JMNIAN account are managed and accounted for in line with JMNIAN Programme Office direction and client accounting procedures using the JMNIAN Master Asset & License Tracker. Maintaining records of asset maintenance contracts where applicable and advising JPO with upcoming renewals for their consideration. Initiate the JMNIAN procurement process when required, providing quotes for consideration to the JPO or client PM and following through with the purchase once approval is granted. Maintaining records of JMNIAN-owned licences and tracking expiry dates and quantities to advise JPO when purchases or renewals need to be considered. Ensuring receipt of purchased licences and filing of documentation, such as order confirmations or licence entitlements.
