Job Description:
Due to growth and business expansion, we are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join a thriving Powered Access Rental Business. This company has gone from strength to strength since launching, with a strong trajectory for future growth and development. They are looking for ambitious, driven talent to join their small, close-knit team.
As an Internal Sales Manager, you will be based in their new office location in Wakefield, and will be tasked with new business development, managing client relationships, and creating and executing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the powered access market.
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
3. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements of Role:
1. Proven experience as an Internal Sales Manager, Telesales Executive, or a similar sales role.
2. Knowledge of the Construction Hire/Rental, Powered Access industry is preferable.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
