We are working with a leading UK housebuilder looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator to support their growing digital transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company on an 18-month fixed-term contract, playing a key role in optimising and managing their Salesforce platform.
The role is based in Edinburgh, with a hybrid working model (2 days in the office per week).
The Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:
* Manage and maintain the company’s Salesforce platform, ensuring performance and reliability
* Support users across the business, troubleshooting issues and driving adoption
* Automate processes and optimise workflows to improve efficiency
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement solutions
* Develop reports and dashboards to provide valuable business insights
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a commercial environment
* Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, automation, and user management
* A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, with experience working with stakeholders at all levels
