The Role:
You will be speaking directly with qualified, high-calibre leads - CEOs and Founders of A£3m+ businesses - in a consultative, insight-driven sales process. This is all about building relationships, understanding growth goals, and closing meaningful, high-value memberships.
1. Own and convert warm, sales-qualified leads
2. Lead insightful, value-driven consultations with senior business leaders
3. Build lasting, trust-based relationships
4. Achieve daily and weekly membership targets
5. Keep your CRM pipeline organised and share learnings with the team
6. Attend exclusive events and network with top entrepreneurs
7. Contribute to a fast-paced, ambitious, and collaborative team culture
Experience:
1. Proven experience in consultative sales (B2B, media, community, or membership preferred)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. A genuine interest in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship
4. Confidence, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
