The Sales Manager will manage a team of negotiators, helping them to achieve optimum results – this will be a role that requires good leadership and mentoring skills. The role, principally focussed on the sales side of Estate Agency, will involve growing the property register by driving market appraisals into instructions and generating new sales, assisting the Branch Manager to maximise the profit and help support the Sales team. This role is for an existing Senior Negotiator, or an experienced Sales Valuer wishing to take that next step in their career. You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with clients and deliver first-class service, every time you represent the company.
