Application Support Specialist
Location: Staines (TW18 3DZ) or Manchester (M50 3SP)
Flexible / Hybrid working options (i.e up to 3/4 days WFH)
Permanent - Full time 37.5 hours
Salary: Up to £33,500 depending on experience and fantastic benefits

How you’ll help us make health happen:
* Providing 2nd line technical support – you’ll help on application, operational and project issues as they arise to ensure the smooth running of the supported applications, processes, and projects.
* Impact assess and validate technical solutions with guidance.
* Participate in the documentation of technical solutions.
* Perform proof of concepts to ensure end-to-end solutions are fit for purpose.
* Work within the application delivery standards, development methodologies, and strategic architecture frameworks.
* Provide input to projects and solution delivery teams regarding the technologies within their domain.
* Take part in implementation activities, change control, and release planning.
* Take ownership for resolving IT related problems within their domain, impacting operational services or development.
* Establish and maintain credibility and working relationships with other IT teams, supporting a customer service culture.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Experience in C# is an advantage but not essential.
* IT graduate or equivalent experience working in an IT service delivery role.
* Knowledge and experience of IT technologies.
* Strong communication skills, good team player.
* Basic understanding of SDLC.
