Field Sales Representative
Role & Company:
The purpose of the job is to look after existing accounts and support 2 of the senior reps within the business by developing, growing, and retain sales. The territory will be split into 3 and you will be required to travel for client visits across the Midlands which means diary management and collaborating with the team is important.
We are looking for anyone with minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably selling a product. Completely open to train & develop if you think you do not have all the requirements but interested to work in this type of sector and be able to own your own territory.
There is also a clear route to progression with different options available.

Responsibilities:
· Growing existing accounts and maintaining relationships.
· Target and develop additional sales from all your own allocated Customers to exceed company targets.
· Use data analysis to highlight opportunities and identify any lost business and similarly assist the 2 members in the team with account development.
· 5 days on the road and all meetings internally will be held on Teams.
Requirements
· Right to Work in the UK.
· Min. 2 yrs experience in B2B sales.
· Open to various sector /industry experience e.g. Paint, Bathroom, Tiles, Curtains, toys etc.
· A strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities.
· Exceptional customer service
· IT Proficiency
Salary & Package:
· £32,000 to £40,000 per annum, plus £5k to £10k OTE.
· 23 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
