About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and empowering young people to achieve positive outcomes. With the home already Ofsted registered and poised for full occupancy, you’ll lead with the support of a collaborative leadership team dedicated to fostering excellence, compassion, and effective care.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a leader with:
* A deep understanding of Ofsted regulations and experience in residential childcare.
* The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to deliver exceptional care.
* A passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable children.
Key Requirements
Qualifications:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or actively working towards it).
* QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
Experience:
* Proven success as a Deputy Manager or Registered Manager in children’s residential care.
* Experience managing homes rated “Good” or “Outstanding” by Ofsted.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspire and Lead: Motivate your team to deliver the highest standards of care for young people with EBD.
* Ensure Compliance: Uphold Ofsted regulations, driving positive outcomes for young people and the home.
* Develop Tailored Care Plans: Create and oversee individual care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour management strategies.
* Collaborate: Work with social services, healthcare providers, and specialist agencies to deliver holistic care.
* Manage Growth: Oversee occupancy rates, financial performance, and the home’s long-term development.
* Foster a Positive Culture: Cultivate a supportive, nurturing atmosphere for staff and young people.
