About the Role: As Operations Manager, you will oversee and refine the operational processes across our diverse business units. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Wholesale and Retail operations, including logistics, site management, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee facilities and site management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by upholding service standards. Manage fleet operations to ensure timely deliveries. Implement and monitor Health & Safety compliance in all processes. Oversee order collation, invoicing, and stock management. Essential Requirements: Food Production or Butchery Experience: A strong background in food or butchery is essential, with hands-on knowledge of food safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Proven experience in an Operations Management role within a similar environment, such as food production, wholesale, or high-volume catering. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced setting. A track record of achieving compliance in Health & Safety and food standards. Approachable, positive, and highly adaptable with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Salary Up to £50,000 (dependent on experience).
