Customer Support Specialist – opportunity to join a growing team and work with interesting software products!
📍Hybrid working – 2 days in the office (Chorley), 3 days working from home
💰£25,000 per annum plus benefits
Burns Sheehan are partnered with an innovative software company headquartered in Chorley, which are on a mission to deliver intelligent solutions to customers for their bespoke software. It’s an exciting time within the business and as they scale up further, need additional resource within their Customer Support function. They are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you’ll support customers with any enquiries they have surrounding the products, ensuring that any technical issues are addressed so that they get best use of the products. When an issue can’t be resolved at the 1st line, you’ll escalate it to higher levels of support and liaise with other teams to ensure customers have an outstanding experience. You’ll adhere to SLAs and KPIs and maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
What you’ll bring:
This is a customer-facing role so we’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, 1 year or more of prior experience in a customer support position and an understanding of software products or technologies.
