Software Support Engineer – Essex
Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for 3 Software Support Engineers to join our client’s team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you’ll use your programming knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues relating to multiple products, offering high level customer service. This role will require you to be fully onsite in Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to multiple engineering products
2. Act as a trusted technical partner, providing support advice to customers
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve product availability
4. Maintain and grow customer loyalty through exceptional service and support
Key Skills Required:
1. A degree in engineering (electronics or computer science preferred)
2. Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW)
3. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
4. Experience with Test & Measurement instrumentation or Salesforce ServiceCloud is a plus
