Join Our Clients Established Logistics Company in Colnbrook as a Warehouse Operative and Forklift Driver!
Location: Colnbrook
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Shifts: Monday to Friday - Weekends may be required!
Pay: £11.75 per hour
Note: Valid certifications for both Counterbalance & Reach Truck forklifts are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently operate counterbalance forklifts according to company protocols and safety standards.
* Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, racks, and other storage areas.
* Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production facility.
* Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
* Accurately document material movements to adhere to inventory control procedures.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and meet deadlines.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a forklift operator, specializing in counterbalance forklifts.
* Valid certifications or licenses for operating both counterbalance & reach truck forklifts.
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to forklift operation.
* Excellent attention to detail and precision in task completion.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
