As a Bodyshop Manager, you will oversee operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all repairs.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the prep centre operations.
2. Maximise efficiency and ensure deadlines are met.
3. Handle audit, health and safety, and compliance duties.
4. Ensure outstanding repairs with a first-time fix rate.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience working in a similar role.
6. Experience working in a Bodyshop or Aftersales environment.
7. Background in a customer-facing or managerial role.
8. Strong organisational and Microsoft Office skills.
9. Valid UK driving licence.
