Female Support Worker Location: Leamington Spa. Rate: £15 per hour. Holidays: 33 days per year (pro rata). (Driver Required for this role) CJP Outreach services are looking to recruit additional female support workers for our female complex care team to help promote independence and person-cantered support. The ideal female support worker will play a pivotal role in providing individualised support for a young woman during a complex period in her life and beyond. A deep understanding and knowledge in these areas of interest will be crucial in creating an ongoing, genuine and fun relationship. This young woman requires honesty, consistency, predictability, understanding and connection. For this role a female support worker with similar interests would be desirable which include: An interest in all things Disney. Theatre trips. Anime Animal Lover. Successful candidates will have a calm and patient nature, a sense of humour and a willingness to learn and adapt in any situation. Resilience and confidence are needed to ensure that all interactions and experiences can be shared, and a growing package of support will be successful.
