An opportunity has arisen for a school Business Administrator to lead the administrative function at Whitecraig Primary School. This role encompasses a wide variety of tasks and requires a high standard of customer service for all our school community and stakeholders. The role necessitates excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, to support the financial monitoring and reporting required to assist the Head Teacher in managing the school budget effectively. Applications from experienced administrators who can demonstrate confidence in using spreadsheets to track financial transactions, as well as some HR or school experience, are welcomed. If you are well-organised, can multi-task, and are capable of using your initiative under pressure to meet deadlines while dealing with people at all levels, this varied role offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a small team and school community.

Relevant Qualifications
Educated to HNC/SVQ3 in Administration or Information Management or equivalent and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills, and competencies gained through relevant experience.
