We are seeking a motivated and resourcefulRecruiterto join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of top-quality talent while providing a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
* Use job boards and social media platforms to build a talent pipeline.
* Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
* Recruitment Process Management
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
* Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
* Organise and participate in interviews, including panel discussions when required.
* Candidate Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
* Compliance and Reporting
* Ensure recruitment practices comply with UK employment laws and GDPR regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and interview notes.
* Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Experience:Proven track record in recruitment.
* Skills:
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical skills for assessing recruitment metrics and improving strategies.
