Science ECT Role & Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.
* Support students in developing a strong understanding of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
* Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise achievement.
* Work closely with your ECT mentor to enhance teaching practices.
* Participate in extracurricular Science clubs, STEM activities, and school events.
* Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies to create a positive learning environment.
Science ECT Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion of Initial Teacher Training.
* Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Science.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting student progress.
* Effective communication and organisational skills.
