The Ford Pro ecosystem includes Vehicles, Charging, Finance, Servicing and Intelligence (Telematics/Data). We are looking for a talented individual to join the Ford Pro EU CRM team, as part of the wider Ford Pro Digital Marketing function. The focus of the role will be to help drive the organisation towards a digital first, omni-channel customer experience for all stakeholders of Ford Pro. The key responsibilities of the Senior CRM & Digital Campaign Strategist will be to develop, deploy and optimise Ford Pro campaigns, supporting customer lifecycles, key product launches/promotions across the five pillars of Ford Pro and to support EU market teams in deploying tactical campaigns to help meet local and central targets. Responsibilities Lead generation, progressive profiling and data capture – own and drive creation of marketing leads to nurture, using methods including but not limited to data capture and progressive profiling in order to build a 360 view of Ford Pro Customers and feed the sales and marketing funnel with consistent leads. Ensure communications are optimised to ensure the next best action is taken by the customer (e.g. lead generation, website session, data capture etc.) Campaign Management & Strategy – developing clear campaign briefs to share a vision for customer journey design across multiple communication touchpoints. Thinking iteratively to deliver the best customer journey today and thinking about how it could be developed to improve in future with additional data attributes, tech capabilities or via test and learn. Agency Management – own the relationship with agency partners, clearly defining requirements, priorities, and timelines to ensure that work is delivered right first time, in a format that customers can clearly understand the messages Ford Pro are trying to convey. Stakeholder Management – work with internal stakeholders in European teams across the five Ford Pro pillars to help meet their strategic objectives and customer communications needs. Ensure that all communications are effectively deployed and localised by market locations, to create a consistent customer journey across Europe. Testing, reporting and iteration – actively develop continuous learning techniques across all campaigns so that Ford Pro can gain insights into customer behaviours, trends and best practice with creative and copy. Report campaign results back to stakeholders highlighting results vs KPIs (e.g. lead generation, data capture etc.), performance statistics, test results and key next steps. Qualifications Essential Qualifications and Skills: Degree level educated or equivalent. Experience of working within B2B organisation. Advanced expertise with Microsoft office, CRM platforms and reporting/dashboard tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience with scaling up operations with test and learn. Comfortable with analytics, presenting complex information in a simple and clear manner. Project management experience in agile framework. Strong understanding of digital compliance (e.g. GDPR, T&Cs, EU Privacy Laws). Self-starter, with record of taking responsibility for key assignments, collaborating and delivering results cross functionally. Desired Qualifications and Skills: Automotive knowledge and experience. A second language. Salesforce certifications or experience with either marketing, sales or data cloud. Data science certifications or experience. Masters degree in relevant subject.
