We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Consultant/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a versatile role that combines client-facing consultancy with essential administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our successful estate agency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Consultancy: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, providing detailed property information, expert advice, and market insights to assist clients in making informed decisions.
2. Property Negotiation: Negotiate offers and communicate effectively with vendors to achieve favourable terms for both parties.
3. File Management: Ensure all property files are meticulously maintained and updated, including client, property, and offer records.
4. Buyers’ Club Management: Oversee the operation of the Buyers Club, managing member information, coordinating communications, and delivering a seamless service to all buyers.
5. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including maintaining filing systems.
6. Client Liaison: Foster strong, professional relationships with our vendors ensuring that they are kept up to date and marketing strategies are being implemented.
Skills and Experience:
1. Prior experience in property administration, sales, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with property management software is desirable but not essential.
5. A proactive and positive attitude with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
1. Previous experience in estate agency or a related property industry role.
2. Strong background in customer-facing roles, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with clients.
3. Knowledge of property sales processes, market trends, and client relationship management is a plus.

Working hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm every other Saturday.
