Our Story
Hitchcox Motorcycles was born out of a career in F1 engineering. Our Founder Tom took everything he learned from F1 and put it into handcrafting expertly engineered custom exhausts for motorbikes out of our Workshop in Brackley, Northamptonshire. We blend a passion for high-performance, classic motorcycles with an expertise in the engineering and manufacturing of their components.
We launched in April 2022 and are looking for an Operations Manager, our first senior hire in the workshop, who wants to be part of an exciting, growing global business. We’re not a traditional manufacturing company so we’re looking for someone who can think outside of the box to help us become operationally ready for scale. You’ll be a key member of the team managing the workshop and developing members of the team to weld and fabricate to the highest standards. The quality of our exhausts is everything, so as well as operations experience, we will only hire the most skilled Fabricator/Welder with strong attention to detail, who takes pride in their work.
We are passionate about classic motorcycles and beautifully welded exhausts and if you are too, then we’d love to hear from you.
