Key Responsibilities as a Field Service Engineer: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of material handling equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Respond promptly to service callouts, delivering effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime. Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and support. Accurately complete service reports and maintain records for each job. Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards. What We're Looking For: Previous experience working on vehicles, plant equipment, motorcycles, agricultural machinery or something similar. NVQ Level 3 qualification in a related field is preferred Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Full UK driving license. Full right to work in the UK indefinitely.
