Role Overview The successful candidate will work as part of the Office Services team to provide a professional, efficient service across our Cheltenham sites. Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On… Managing a reception area, operating a disco switchboard system and answering, screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and departments Meeting and greeting visitors & contractors in accordance with health and safety procedures Maintaining workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting visitors and contractor badges as necessary and maintaining singing-in logs Providing an efficient document copying service, including copying business documentation as required Maintaining and ordering adequate supplies of sales brochures and other publications Sorting and franking of mail, sending documents and parcels using the most cost-effective and efficient method via a courier/Royal Mail Carrying out inter-site postal rounds as and when required Ordering stationery and maintaining adequate stock levels Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….
