PE Global is recruiting a Administrator for our pharmaceutical client based in Castleford. The role is an initial 6-month contract and the role is hybrid with 3 days a week onsite. The rate range is £14.50 -£18.41 p/h.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and update Veeva promo maps to ensure accurate and timely information for approval of documents.
* Oversee the procure to pay process, including the creation and management of purchase orders and invoices, this includes the setup of new vendors and any changes to supplier’s details.
* Handle the administration of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contracts, and Customer Authorization Forms (CAFs).
* Facilitate the electronic signing of documents using DocuSign.
* Coordinate the ordering and distribution of business cards for employees.
* Maintain and update email distribution lists to ensure effective communication within the organisation.
* Provide support for company events, including logistics, setup, and coordination alongside a third-party agency.
* Schedule and organise meetings, including arranging catering and refreshments.
* Maintain and update the contract tracker to ensure all contracts are current and accessible.
* Manage the end-to-end administration of apprenticeship programs, including enrolment, tracking progress, and coordinating with training providers.
* Administer training courses, including sending joining instructions, arranging venues, and organizing refreshments.
Required Requirements:
* Experience in a similar administrative role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Veeva, DocuSign, and other relevant tools.
* Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
