Job Title: Reward Administrator

Our client, a leading organisation in the banking industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reward Administrator to join their dynamic HR team. This is a unique opportunity to gain in-depth experience in a complex regulated environment while working alongside industry experts!
What You'll Do:
As a Reward Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Reward Team, which oversees compensation and performance processes for over 3000 employees across 17 locations. Your responsibilities will include:
Performance and Reward:
Assisting with the implementation of the annual performance cycle.
Coordinating projects across teams and collaborating with the HR Technology team.
Supporting the management of deferred compensation, including processing joiners, leavers, and payments.
Managing MRT attestations and cross-border mobility cases as needed.Benefits Management:
Handling various data processes for the benefits team.
Reconciling and approving vendor invoices and processing monthly DB contributions.
Managing contracts and vendor relationships.
Addressing employee queries related to pensions, benefits, performance, and compensation matters.Who You Are:
A proactive individual with strong Excel and Macro's skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
