Role Summary: We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our UK Sales Team, based in Cheltenham. This role is essential to the success of the growth of our UK Sales Team. You will be working closely with the Senior Sales Managers and Sales Operations Analysts, to identify sales opportunities and communicate with customers. In this position, you will understand Ontic’s entire sales process and be involved at all stages to ensure that we are following up with every possible sales lead within the UK and communicating promptly and effectively with our customers. You will be communicating with customers and developing relationships, obtaining customer feedback from Ontic’s proposals, and ensuring that this feedback is captured within CRM. This is part of an essential customer feedback loop to prompt and appropriate action is taken to support our customers. Key Responsibilities: Establish, maintain, and help to grow relationships with Ontic’s customer base. Lead and manage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM customer accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and the overall sales pipeline. Communicate promptly and effectively with customers on all Ontic issued quotations, ensuring that all customer feedback is captured and inputted into CRM for reporting and appropriate action. Customer engagement follow-up activities through phone calls, email, and face to face meetings. Drive internal prioritization of customer quotations and proposals, to ensure we are meeting customer expectations and targets. Prompt and accurate reporting to customers and the sales team. Constantly update and maintain an accurate customer database with CRM. Streamline workflows to drive collaboration on key global accounts by working with revenue management and global sales team. Ensure consistent performance of sales objectives by producing daily reports for the sales team. Execute customer engagement initiatives. Administrative support to sales team. Coordinating and organizing team meetings. Support and develop key account plans. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Experience working in a customer-based position. Demonstrated experience and competency in supporting a sales team. An individual who has worked in or has a passion for the aerospace sector is desirable, but not essential. Self-starter with experience of working in a small, flexible team. Open and willing to adapt to a changing environment. Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, to gain the confidence of stakeholders at all levels.
