Join the Hobart team as a Client Advisor, a role committed to welcoming our clients with enthusiasm and care. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diary
* Promoting Kieser’s products and services
* Providing administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
* Answering questions and resolving problems for clients and team members
* Consistently delivering high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards
Ideal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Attention to detail and superior IT skills are beneficial.
This is a part-time role, 3 days per week, with the potential to take on more hours in the future.
Shift times are generally between Mon-Fri 7.30am – 7pm / Saturdays 7am – 3pm.
Qualifications & Certifications
Required:
* Valid working rights in Australia
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience (admin or medical facility)
