Location - Wakefield, but travel to all Spectrum sites will be expected.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our growing IT team located in Head Office at an entry level position.
Spectrum Community Health CIC is a community owned, award winning health provider. Our recent success at achieving new contracts demonstrates our policy of innovation and continuous improvement and is testimony to our committed and talented teams.
As a Social Enterprise our profits are reinvested into our staff and services, and we benefit from being independent, large enough to provide a level of security, yet small enough to be able to make things happen. Our multi-disciplinary teams provide healthcare services to some of the most vulnerable people in our society, from diverse backgrounds, who present a full range of general, mental health and recovery concerns.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be supporting and working with both internal and external users, partners and suppliers. They will be required to provide efficient and confidential first line technical support to all members of Spectrum including software and hardware troubleshooting, training and technical fixes, through both remote and face to face support whilst ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction and a personalised service.
This will be a varied role with a primary focus on 1st/2nd line support and act as an escalation point to our 3rd party support provider where necessary. This role would suit someone with plenty of experience with Microsoft 365 and can easily pick up new systems with a can-do attitude when it comes to helping others and learning. Understanding of basic networking skills and experience of using Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint, is a must. Post holders must have access to transport and hold a full UK driving license to be able to cover all the Spectrum Community Health CIC bases, but all travel expenses will be covered by the business.
