My client is looking for a senior perms recruitment consultant to join the busy team.
You will be based out of Bicester but will have hybrid working options and flexibility. They are completely open to the sector you have worked in, but you will need a strong background in recruitment and a billing history that we can check. This is a key role for the growth of the business, with a salary of up to £40k basic and uncapped commission.

1. Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns.
2. Building and developing a successful division/team.
3. Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools.
4. Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands.
5. Promoting our employer brand and social media presence.
6. Managing recruitment processes, overseeing everything from client engagement to candidate placement.
7. Efficiently filling perm and temp-to-perm positions.
8. Meeting and exceeding targets by winning new clients and successfully filling their roles.
9. Collaborating with a high-achieving team to develop strategies and drive success.
10. Continuously enhancing your skills and industry knowledge through ongoing training and development.
