In your role, youll be assisting the team primarily through administrative and creative support for the marketing, sales and relationship team in alignment with our group objectives. Youll be committed to roll up your sleeves and get under the hood of any challenge. This position interacts with varying levels of internal and external stakeholders and therefore you must have the ability to clearly and confidently communicate at all levels and is perfectly suited to someone who has built a great sense of organisation and prioritisation and who is comfortable with independent learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate administrative tasks and support marketing activities across the business. Assist in creating, delivering, and reporting on email campaigns and newsletters. Support the creation and updating of digital templates and assets for various platforms. Manage and publish social media content and engagement. Publish approved content on the company's website. Keep the Sales and Relationships teams informed about marketing initiatives. Support the administration of the companys intranet and internal communications. Assist in planning and executing internal company events. Maintain up-to-date corporate literature and brand consistency. Coordinate the editing of internal video content. Provide marketing statistics and reports for monthly reviews. Manage reviews on Trustpilot and Glassdoor accounts. Advocate for the brand and ensure consistent use of style and tone of voice. Stay updated with marketing innovations and new technologies.
