What will I be doing?
Part of the Transfer Team who are responsible for agreed transfers within the SPI organisation (Strategy, Projects, Industrial).
Ensuring all transfers are completed within the agreed timescale and budget. Working in accordance with GRP-0025 for procedures and governance.
Responsibilities include:
1. Resource management per project, highlighting any risks on resources in the near future
2. Chair and manage cross-functional meetings to agree on resource/timescales on departmental responsibilities
3. Creation of project plans for each transfer with clear milestones and critical path
4. Undertake formal reviews with the Project team to ensure plans progress to agreed timelines
5. Undertake formal reviews with external suppliers/internal customers to ensure plans progress to agreed timelines
6. Mitigate gaps to project plans
7. Budget adherence of the department
8. Budget management per project
9. Completion of transfers in line with agreed timescales
10. Submit monthly presentations on transfer progress, inventory impacts, budget adherence and present at key Group reviews
11. Identification and risk management per transfer
12. Undertake risk reviews on all projects and identify and implement mitigation plans
13. Work as part of a team to manage the exposure of risk through engagement with key stakeholders and suppliers within the wider supply chain function along with the implementation of risk management actions

Job Requirements
What you need from me?
- Degree / HND or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of the French Language
