* Planprepare and deliver highquality teaching and learning sessionsworkshops and tutorials in line with the curriculum requirementsand the needs of individual learners ensuring learning objectivesaremet.
* Assesslearners abilities and identify areas for improvement tailoringteaching and learning methods and resourcesaccordingly.
* Developand deliver consistently engaging and interactive sessionsutilising a variety of teaching techniques and materials to enhancelearners understanding and engagement with thesubject/topic.
* Provideindividualised support to learners addressing their specificlearning needs and challenges through oneonone meetings andadditional learningresources.
* Rigorouslymonitor and track learners progress providing regular feedback andimplementing strategies to address areas of weakness orunderperformance.
* Setand mark assignments tests and examinations providing constructivefeedback to learners to support their learning andimprovement.
* Collaboratewith other team members to share best practices contribute tocurriculum development and participate in team meetings andtrainingsessions.
* Establishand maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment activelypromoting learner participation motivation and confidence inprofessionaldevelopment.
* Maintainaccurate records of learners attendance progress and assessmentoutcomes ensuring compliance with regulatory and internalrequirements.
* Communicateregularly with learners employers and relevant stakeholders toprovide updates on progress address concerns and foster effectivepartnerships in support of learnersuccess.
* Stayabreast of the latest developments in sector specialism curriculumchanges and teaching methodologies continuously updating ownknowledge andskills.

MinimumLevel 3 teaching learning and assessment qualification such as AETor PTLLS or willingness to worktoward.

* GCSE(or equivalent) in English Language andMathematics

* Level4 IQA orequivalent

* Extensivehandson experience and a strong track record in the Health andSocial Caresector
* Teachingor training experience with the ability to convey complex technicalinformationeffectively.
* Previousexperience working as a health and social care tutor or in asimilar trainingrole.
* Experiencein curriculum development and educational material creation.Knowledge
* Soundknowledge of health and social care practices sector regulationsand health and safetyprotocols.
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect withlearners.
