IT Support Engineer Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team at REED Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to clients, including remote and on-site support
* Deploy hardware and software, and provide technical expertise and guidance
* Work with our team to ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met
* Take part in projects with team members, and provide hardware and software support
Requirements:
* At least 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, with 2nd line experience preferred
* Experience with Windows Server and Desktops
* Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365
* Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
* Vast knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
* Backup configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting experience
* Full clean driving license
