Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Child Protection and Permanency team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.

Duties of a Child Protection and Permanence Social Worker
* Carry a caseload consisting of CiC, CP, and CiN cases.
* Prepare assessments, Cin reviews, and plans as well as CP and CLA plans.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of files.
* Take part in team meetings and participate in team development.
* Prepare for case conferences, court, and meetings when required.
