If you are interested in Corporate Real Estate Project and Programme management then this could be the perfect opportunity to join a growing Built Environment consultancy who are growing as a result of recent project wins.
Located in the heart of London, this company have an impressive range of clients across multiple sectors including Commercial Developers, Hoteliers, Residential Developers and they have recently been appointed by a global blue chip client to assist with their global property portfolio for upgrades and wider programmes of work.
You will be working closely with the lead UK Project Management Directors and working in conjunction with teams in both the US and Australia.
Your responsibility will be to carry out both Project Management and Programme Management duties on an extensive refurbishment programme and building technology upgrades for state of the art workplaces across the globe.
Candidates will need to be comfortable with the following:
1. Running projects simultaneously
2. Refurbishment – CAT B Projects
3. Stakeholder Management
4. Understanding of Construction Programmes
5. Building Technology upgrade / installation (Highly Desirable)
In addition to this role, there will be an opportunity to work on a wider pipeline of projects to include Hotels, Commercial New Build & Fit Out, Residential / Student Living.
Candidates need to be able to demonstrate the following:
1. 5+ Years of UK Project Management experience either working for a Consultancy or a Developer.
2. Be comfortable with carrying out the role of Contract Administrator & Employers Agent.
3. Have a good technical understanding of delivering projects from inception to completion.
This role is at a Senior Project Manager level with a very clear career progression structure. On offer is a base salary of up to £75,000 plus benefits package to include bonus, private medical and private pension. This role is based in central London (City).
