1. Managing your own portfolio of properties regarding maintenance and repairs etc.
2. Providing exceptional levels of customer service, corresponding with tenants, landlords, contractors, and other professionals both verbally and in writing
3. Delivering Property Management services in line with service level agreements, tenancy agreements, company standards, and industry best practice
4. Being the point of contact for any maintenance issues for your portfolio of properties
5. Ensuring all legal certification is obtained and in place prior to the commencement of a let and throughout the tenancy
6. Gaining authorisation for works to be carried out
7. Liaising with contractors for timescale and cost of repairs etc.
