Main duties of the job The pharmacy role within primary care can pro-actively help patients stay safe and well and out of hospital, as well as helping reduce the demands on general practice. Working together with Clinical Pharmacists, you will support patients to get the best outcomes from their medicines. You will work within a PCN promoting high quality and cost-effective prescribing practice. The role provides a great opportunity to join a committed team as well as having access to national training through the NHSE Clinical Training Pathway and be part of a local network of clinical pharmacists/other technicians. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and adaptable to change, with good clinical and I.T. skills.
