Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and focused Account Manager with excellent communication skills. This role is crucial in supporting our organisation with proactive sales management of a set of Channel Partners in hardware and airtime sales. This includes identifying growth initiatives in order to increase Channel Partner market share across the suite of AST Networks services, solutions, and products.
A demanding role which requires a highly motivated individual with the ability to organise and prioritise in order to effectively handle multiple accounts. Being successful in this role will require the ability to work collaboratively with other internal teams to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Previous account management experience is essential.
Job Content
The key responsibilities of the role, as the AST Networks primary point of contact, will include (but are not limited to):
* Deliver a clear growth plan to increase business with AST Networks chosen Channel Partners with the Head of Networks Solutions.
* Proactive account management to allocated Channel Partners.
* Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within your Channel Partners.
* Enhance partnerships by ensuring regular customer communication.
* Collaboration with internal teams and external partners/suppliers/customers to ensure best customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
* Analyse customer profitability and provide monthly reports.
* Qualify all significant customer opportunities of AST Networks Services and Solutions and identify areas for up-sell/cross-sell.
* Provide clear and accurate CRM quotations.
* Effectively promote AST Networks Value Added Services.
* Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual SMART KPIs.
