Customer Service Administrator Required!
On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing feedback, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining customer records.
Fully Office Based.
Package:

Salary £25,000 - £25,500

8:30am - 5pm Monday to FridayCustomer Service Administrator - Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Sales & Estimating teams
Progressing quotations
Ensure Website orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Contact customers, advising order delivery times and/or delays
Responding to enquries via phone and email
Updating customer records in our Sage database*Please note this is not an exhaustive list, and responsibilities may change in line with business needs*
Customer Service Administrator - Requirements:
Previous experience working in a sales office or customer service environment
A confident and clear telephone manner
An effective communicator both verbally and in writing
Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)
Very good at record keeping, updating notes and our contact system
