Job Description
* Manage transactions from start to finish, acting as the principal point of contact with clients, with support from the Partner / Director.
* Oversee the preparation of Information Memoranda and buyer research on sales projects.
* Prepare/review financial analyses and report writing in connection with due diligence assignments.
* Involvement in business development opportunities, networking, and marketing initiatives.
* Support with pitch meetings with potential new clients.
* Provide guidance and support to more junior team members.
The Successful Applicant
* ACA or ACCA qualified with a background in Audit, Corporate Finance, or Due Diligence.
* Good communication skills with experience of interacting with multiple senior stakeholders.
