Job Description
Focused on optimising back-office functions, the Coordinator will play a key part in fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for both employees and guests.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will work closely with various teams to uphold the core values of both ISS and the client, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Your contributions will directly impact the workplace experience, driving efficiency, professionalism, and a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to the Workplace Manager and teams
* Maintain records, reports, and documentation for compliance
* Coordinate cleaning, catering, and maintenance services
* Monitor and update workplace management systems
* Generate and analyze workplace metrics reports
* Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and expenses
* Act as the main contact for workplace queries
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers for efficient service delivery
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience in coordination or administrative roles, ideally in facilities or workplace management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace management systems
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations (preferred)
