About the role
I am a 27-year-old female with a diagnosis of Autism, Developmental Delay, and OCT Deficiency. I live in my own bespoke bungalow in the Newbury area and I am looking for enthusiastic and dynamic team members to work alongside me.
I love to take part in activities and celebrations of varying cultures. I like going to the theatre, watching movies at the cinema, going to museums, and reading.
I am looking for people to support and enable me with my daily living skills, supporting me when I am anxious and helping me through this, upholding my values and treating me as an individual.
My ideal team would consist of caring and pro-active people who can support me with my daily living skills and promote my independence.

About PBS4
We are a values-led social care provider that provides Neurodisability services to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and/or Behaviours that may challenge. We support people to live in their own homes, with their own tenancies, and our model of support is a practice called Positive Behaviour Support.
Within PBS4, we call Support Workers ‘Enablement Assistants’. As an Enablement Assistant, you will have the support of a team dedicated to supporting that person. You will also be able to access support from the Enablement Manager, Deputy Enablement Manager, and the Positive Behaviour Support Clinician who provide you and the team with management and leadership. Your shift pattern may consist of day shifts, waking nights, and sleeps.
