Youwill play a role in ensuring the transition of HSE programmes andcompliance in the lead up to and throughout the move. You will beworking alongside the wider HSE and FM teams supporting the gradualdecommissioning of Slough site from a HSE perspective as well asthe implementation of the occupancy plan for Windlesham siteincluding establishing all HSEsystems.
Aswell as supporting the decommissioning of the Slough site and thetransition to Windlesham you will be responsible for delivering thedaytoday aspects of the HSE & Wellbeing systems for in linewith our HS&E policies and overall Wellbeing strategyincluding supporting audits and continuous improvementactivities.
Youshould be comfortable in providing HS&E opinion guidanceand support to our stakeholders (internal & external) aswell as have experience in a previous HSErole
Requirements
JobAccountabilities
Developmentand update of local HS&Eprocedures.
Deliveryof local workshops to compliment company procedures andpolicies.
Coordinating/attending meetings representingHS&E systems and compliance across the UK & Iremit.
Support and undertake HS&E audits andassessments
Ensure regulatory licenses are maintainedand kept relevant
Liaison to safety and environmentalrepresentatives
Supporting the risk management systemi.e. facilitating risk assessors and/or undertaking riskassessments and reviewing control measures in place
Supporting the environmental management system i.e. the impacts andaspects register & targets.
Supporting theVigilance systems such as lifesafety systemsetc
Education&Qualification
NEBOSHCertificate a minimum; with accreditation to IOSH at least ataffiliate level.
PreferablyNEBOSH Diploma and/or Environmentalqualification.
Ideallydegree orhigher.
Experienceof working in an organisation that relocated ideal but notcritical.

Education
Experience,Skills, Knowledge: Entrepreneurial mindset. Financial and businessacumen (e.g., the total cost of ownership, cost modelling). Highproficiency in English. Other languages, e.g. German, Spanish,Portuguese, French are desirable but not mandatory. Strong goalorientation and priority management. Strong technical competenciesin Procurement End-to-End processes and solutions like SAP MM/SRM,Ariba, Coupa, GEP SMART, etc.
