• Source and procure a wide range of materials for various projects in the commercial, education, retail and residential sectors.
• Build, maintain, and improve relationships with existing suppliers.
• Identify new suppliers and negotiate favourable pricing and terms, including rebates.
• Manage the supply chain to ensure timely and efficient deliveries to sites.
• Collaborate with project teams to schedule deliveries in line with project timelines.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to monitor progress and assess material needs.
• Must have minimum of 3 years' experience in a construction purchasing or procurement role, with a solid understanding of materials.
