We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a People Business Partner to join the Central Services HR team at Fred Olsen House, Ipswich. Reporting to the Deputy People Director this role will provide a first-class HR & Learning and Development resource to all companies within the Fred. Olsen Group, these range from Travel, Renewable Energy, Logistics and Forrest Management. In this position you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR colleagues, and other departments to design, implement, and manage programs that promote employee well-being, satisfaction, and overall engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of employee benefits, a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture with an overall focus to align HR strategies with business goals. This position is focused on employee benefits and engagement, supporting with the design, implementation and communication of competitive benefits for our employees whilst partnering with department leaders to provide an exceptional HR support promoting a high-performance and positive working environment. We are keen to hear from CIPD qualified individuals who have considerable experience in operating at a similar HR level role in a multi-site location and complex organisation with a broad technical experience in: People Management, Talent Management and development, Leadership, Resourcing, Change Management, Performance and reward, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Learning. To be successful in this position you will need to be able to use good research and consultation skills, be able to deliver complex or multiple projects using project management skills and have good knowledge of relevant employment legislation, best practice and wider HR issues. This is a Full-Time position, working 35 hours a week, based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) offering a hybrid work pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
