The organisation has experienced significant growth over the last few years driven by internal successes, strengthened by strategic corporate partnerships, now looking to expand the Scottish business.The role involves leading a team of experienced Software Engineers and Business Analysts to develop, support, and maintain FinTech software solutions for clients. The business already holds the existing ‘Tech’ knowledge required, this is not a ‘Tech’ role and this individual is not expected to have a pre-existing knowledge of technology. The role would suit an experienced Qualified Accountant and People Manager who is genuinely interested and curious about technology, who is passionate about leading and developing others, who perhaps wants a change from the typical finance positions available in the external market, which makes this role hugely unique.
