We strongly believe in developing our salaried GPs and encourage portfolio working. Our GPs (both Salaried and Partners) have lead and other active roles within the PCN, the ICB, and LMC. They are also actively involved in Training and Research. Salaried GP colleagues are therefore encouraged to develop their portfolio work. Our innovative Salaried GP development Programme helps facilitate this by making use of our Salaried GP competency Framework. We encourage our GPs to take advantage of our development programme and contribute to PCN and local collaborative initiatives. About us We have a list size of approximately 14,300 patients, and this will increase based on our strategy for growth. We offer patients a wide range of in-house services from our own purpose-built premises. The practice is part of Reading Holybrook PCN, which has a high profile locally because of the innovative projects it delivers. The other Practices in the PCN include Milman & Kennet Surgery (the lead practice) and Abbey Medical Centre. The PCN is fully integrated via the Dr Mittal and Partners Partnership who manage the contracts of all three practices in the PCN. The Partners have progressed well with the national recruitment agenda and have already recruited clinical pharmacists, social prescribers, paramedics, physicians associates, and advanced clinicians.
