Job Description
* Provide technical support and advice to clients
* Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing team to understand product specifications
* Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Monitor and report on service performance
* Identify opportunities for service enhancements
* Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Engineering Service Advisor should have:
* A degree in Engineering or a related field
* Strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to understand and explain technical information
* Experience in a technical support
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure
