Act as an advisor/educator and role model to less experienced doctors, Midwives, nurses and therapists (MDT) to ensure appropriate care is planned, implemented and evaluated. Act as a support to new/returning to practice staff clinically and emotionally. Offering clinical teaching, supervision and support Provide significant input into the international recruitment of midwives clinical and pastoral care. Lead in the selection, recruitment and retention of midwifery staff; promoting principles of fairness and equity throughout. Develop and ensure robust preceptorship plans.
