Our fantastic client is looking for an amazing Head of HR who can come into business and make a real impact and work closely with the leadership team and COO to really support the current growth of the business. The role has 2 direct reports. The role is based in Leeds and will be a hybrid role following an initial induction period (3 days in the office 2 days WFH) as well as a great salary of up to £60,000
The duties of the role will be:
Manage the execution of HR across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, reward and recognition as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and policies.
Ensure the company complies with current regulations such as Right to Work, Data Protection, the Equality Act and Health and Safety).
Coach, mentor and support senior managers and Heads of Department and guide on workforce issues and encourage retention.
Resourcing: Work with managers on sourcing/identifying the right talent for vacancies.
Learning and development: Work with managers to identify learning and development needs of employees (individual needs identified through the performance management process and company needs generated by the business strategy).
